Jennifer was great, very helpful. When it comes to warranty work MK Smith does a great job. When it comes to repair work, that the customer is responsible to pay for Mk Smith is far more expensive. Because of this i will be taking my truck to another local dealership for the remaining repair.

Ms. Jennifer Hunt did an absolutely terrific job today, and I couldn't be happier with your service department!
My son had inadvertently got the charging cable from my Chevy Volt wrapped up into his wheelchair wheels, and it yanked the charging port out from the car, thereby disabling my ability to use the charging system. It was an unfortunate accident, and it needed to be repaired.
After a disappointing experience with another Chevy dealership (who shall remain nameless), I happened to be driving past the M.K. Smith dealership on my way to our Chino office, and I thought "what the heck", let's give them a try.
Low and behold, Ms. Hunt came right out, identified exactly what part was needed, and gave me an excellent quote in a matter of minutes.
We ordered the parts, and they came into your shop in 1 day. Ms. Hunt kept me up to speed, via text messages and when I returned today to get the part installed, she made sure that I had a ride to my work. Everything was completed in under 3 hours.
Im very satisfied with the work and appreciate the excellent service follow through by Ms. Hunt.
Please rest assured that I plan on having all of my Chevy Volt service at M.K. Smith from now on.

I brought my vehicle in for service. Oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection. When I dropped my truck off Gary had me sign a document saying for the service it was $49.95 for everything. I signed it. I left the vehicle, and he called me around 2 hours later letting me know it was done however he said that he did all the services but the price he was going to charge me was $10 more than what I signed for. I let him know that it doesn’t seem right to have me sign for a price, perform the services and let me know it’s more money after the fact. I would have been fine if he had called me right away before services were provided and I could of agreed to the price. The $10 is not an issue it was just the principle of it that I felt like I was getting told I didn’t have a choice in it that the service was done and that it needs to be paid for more than what was agreed. Especially with it not being my error. However Gary did say he would see what he could do after I expressed that I wasn’t happy about it and I ended up paying what was originally signed for. He didn’t call me back but I did get a txt to make the payment and it was for the amount I signed for.
