No communication! My truck sat for around 20 min. after they drove it up from being finished. I had to go twice to the cashier before they submitted her with the paperwork. While two cars came behind mine and they left after they moved my truck out of the way. Finally when they called me for my truck to the cashier I couldn't get my keys because of more communication issues. Bad experience!

I made a appt over the phone weeks prior to arriving just to find out there was no appt made.... this was a huge inconvenience as I specifically called and made the appy due to the nature of the work I needed done knowing it wasnt a walk in deal.... I held off on my oil change and went out of my way wasting a lot of my time and most of my saturday... and I still need to deal with the original diagnosis that was my intention of bringing my truck in for that day...

I went for an oil change and they did a tire rotation and they did not tighten the tire screws. I got on the freeway and my truck was making a loud noise, I pulled over and the back tire was not screwed properly all screws were so loose that my tire could have come loose. I was on the fwy at high speed and this could have caused a major accident. I am very upset that the person in charge did not think of safety first.

Very dissapointed. My Volt was dirty inside and out when I got car back. The car was not charged so how do I know it was fixed. I understand a dirty car but the inside was ashy said the windows were left open. I would of said something when I picked up but was running late.
