Absolutely not! This is why dealer services get a bad rap.
We went in for a recall. I asked if they could change a tail light bulb. They said no problem. When i asked how much? I was assured "no charge". When i was told the car was ready, i was told to "pay". I was told $75 for a light bulb, when i was assured it was "no charge". If i was told there was a charge, there no way i would tell the dealer to change a $3.00 light bulb for $75!!! Ridiculous!!
I was inconvieneced with your recall, then charged $75 for a freakin light bulb??
On top of that, my advisor suggested i dont do the reall because it was a waste of time and an inconvience to me to have two remotes, keys, blah blah blah. Then why is Chevrolet keep sending me recall notices??
You lead me to go to the free "recall" reapir, they dont do the recall repair, and charge me for something else. Is the recall a way to drive customers into your service department??
Again, thats why dealers get a bad rap.
Remove me from ALL your mailing lists! I want you to remove that light bulb, and refund me my payment!! Please call me to schedule.
