I would have loved to be asked if I would like to add a car wash to my oil change service. Not sure if you have the resources to offer that additional service, but I know MK Smith has washed my car a few times as a courtesy in the past and it was SO nice!! I would definitely consider getting my oil changes there vs. another place that just does oil changes. As a consumer I get two things accomplished during that time plus it adds value to my service. If you already have the machine might as well use it and make money while making your customers extra happy. ????

Oil change went well. I needed some other concerns looked at but had limited time to be there. I was hoping at least one other item would be looked at but due to communication issue it was not do. This will lead to another trip to your service department. I guess we need to be perfectly clear on all items that need to be addressed.

I didn't like the fact that my car door was left open for several minutes unsupervised with the key in the ignition in the alley. I didn't like the service tech that was blowing in my air conditioning while he was in my car working on it. I I didn't like the way my car was returned to me dirty, messy with nuts and bolts loose on the floor. You technician seem to have a problem when I asked him to put it in the bag since it was just out
