Jennifer has always been right on top of everything. And the service department delivered my truck in record time. Service is always an A+
A car wash after my truck is serviced would be nice. There were a lot of hand prints around the hood. Ticket number, carpet protector and plastic seat protector was left inside cab of truck.

I need if possible to speak with the general manager of this dealership. This the second time l have come to your place of business and gotten a marked up price for service I do not need. Check my records well this time I brought my Silverado 2002 in for oil and wheel rotation and was told I need front brakes, a rack and pinion replacement. Well got a second opinion for. A1 auto lube in Montclair and was told that my brakes are fine and and that my rack pinion is nice and tight no leakage. Last time I brought my suburban in for a rattle I heard when starting the vehicle I was told it was my transmission and a few more things went the same mac I. For second found out it was the Cadilac converter. Got store credit it not about getting store credit just do the right thing at this point.

I got the engine light on in less than 24 hrs. I’m going to try one more and final time to see if you guys can fix the problem. I have spent money on a tomeing belt, gas tank, and fuel pump. All in less than 2 weeks. Now I have the check engine light on again. One more time and that’s it for me.
