Charged an exorbent amount to install a battery. A BATTERY. It takes you all of maybe 5 minutes to complete. Not to mention I waited TWO HOURS for this rip off service. 290 dollars for a BATTERY. Pretty sure I won’t be back. Stop contacting me to do service on my car. You guys ripped me off today.

I am a repeat customer with MK Smith. I have always have appreciated the level of customer service provided by this dealership. When I arrived the other day, Jennifer greeted me with a smile and listened carefully to the concerns I had about about my vehicle. I left my vehicle with her that afternoon and the next morning gave me status of the service provided and explained in detail what has been accomplished. Her factual honesty was much appreciated.
