He was great. I was disappointed because I made an appointment to wait for oil change and after 1 hour the vehicle was still not being worked on so I ended up taking a shuttle home.

Well when I dropped my truck off for an oil change the inside was clean and when I picked it up there were leafs and stuff on my carpet and fingerprints all over my drivers door and glove box and arm rest because they were obviously looking for my wheel lock which they should have called and asked where it could be found and my hands were getting dirty from my steering wheel. I don't know why or who treats someone vehicle like this but I call that poor customer service not very happy.
