Nothing was covered under warentee?
They didn’t even replace jack under back seat like I asked !

The main issue was the wait time for the vehicle. I made an appointment and was there at 8:30 and truck was not ready till about 4 o'clock. I just had the fuel filter changed and when I picked it up they forgot to reset the code and it still show that I had 10% filter, so I had to come back and they reset it. Of course I thought they never changed the filter but was insured that they did! The service man was excellent so it made everything ok & pleasant! He did give me the price I was quoted over the phone instead of what the computer said, he saved me 35,00. I did buy my 2017 chevy Silverado there last year & happy with truck & MK smith, I come from riverside for service & I wish they could extend the miles for free shuttle to loyal customers so I don't have to depend on a ride from family/friends, once again service guy was professional , & I know u guys are busy , see ya on next service!

Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. However, a simple oil change maintenance service should not take 1-1/2 to 2 hours with an appointment. I scheduled an appointment to avoid the wait. Very disappointed.
