I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and also to check the engine light. The oil change was done but the service advisor told me that the technicians were too busy to check the engine light warning. How can a Chevrolet dealership be too busy to diagnose the check engine light warning on a Chevrolet vehicle or any vehicle for that matter. It's understandable if you are too busy to fix the problem but you can't be too busy to at least not diagnose what the issue is. It's now a safety issue as you released an "unsafe" vehicle to the owner without even diagnosing what the cause was. This was my first time at your dealership and definitely my last as it seems that customer service and more importantly, safety is neither a priority nor core value at your establishment.
