I have 4 GM cars, I have taken my cars to Mark Christopher & Rotolo Chevrolet. Both dealership I have brought vehicles from. The service at both dealerships was not the best. At the beginning of this year, I decided to try MK Smith. I have to honestly say, each time one of my vehicles was in for service. I was always greeted very friendly, and the service technicians always text me with an update on my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the service I always receive.

I had a 7:00 am appt.and I was there at 6:35 am. I told the service writer that I needed to be out before 9:00am as I had another appt. He told me that the mechanics did not come in until 8:00 and that he could have my car ready by 9:30. This was not acceptable. I told him to forget the service and why was aI called to be reminded of my 7:00 am appt if there were no machanics until 8:00am. He said it was for people to leave their cars for service that were unable to wait. I left very unsatisfied. Was called 15 minutes after I left to bring my car back and they would service it right away. I had just ordered breakfast and told him I couldn’t make it back. I left another dealership for this same reason and thought I would get better service at you facility. Wrong!!! Also I drive in from Moreno Valley for this service I didn’t receive. It is really sad when you make an appt. for service that it would take over 2 and 1/2 hours to have it completed. I think you should change your service policy so that if you have an appt. for 7:00 am it should be honored.
