I want to express my sincere gratitude on how Jennifer Hunt helped myself & my family. She exceeded customer service. She went above and beyond to help us with my Chevy Cruz that started giving us issues over the weekend. I called service department and Jennifer answered. From the time she answered the phone till I received my car back she help me. Being that the Cruz was my only transportation I needed a rental. That morning there was no rentals available but she was determined to help me so she took my number. Within an hour she called me and said she had a rental and come on in. I got there and she made everything easy. From the time I got there till I received my car she kept me informed with updates via text and phone calls. She is a great example of a great employee. i felt a whole week was waisted because the adviser took the wrong steps to move the car to evaluate the situation, one of the other advisors Robert, i think got the ball moving, i already ned when the car got the wheel and tire it wouldnt be able to be driven anywhere because the axle was broken off the car, i had to spend a extra week of rental car because it wasnt done right, i ask the advisore if i can get a loaner but she said no, for a job that took 10 working days i feel it should of only took 4 to 6 days but i am not a advisor, if it wasnt for Rob ert i would be still waiting for my car, every time i had to call your office to get a update instead of the advisor calling to me to talk about a game plan, i am a sales man and and i hate to treat my customers that way, i was on top of my game calling TRIPLE AAA Rep Adam to get out there to look at car , this is the first time i ever had to deal with kind of issue but if i had to refer someone to MK CHEVROLet, i would send them to Robert or not even go there at all, i have bought a car there, service was ok, now the second time i have went there and dealed with jennifer i was not happy both times, i thought the first time it might have been a bad day, but not 2 times in a row, if she would of called me instaead of me calling her all the time i would of been cool because my car was getting fixed, i am a very understanding man because the work i am in, , please get her to call instead the customer calling i try to keep the business in the city of Chino but i was not a complete Happy Camper, Robert In Service is the Best, i will probably try him for the last try at service department. i feel i should be refunded 1 week of my Rental Carfor the extra week of keeping the car , the amount of about 300.00 , call me anytime at larry Rocha ****-****-xxxx i would like to talk to a Manager 1

My suggestion for better customer service, I would have the service rep meet with the customer to tell them what exactly was done with their vehicle before sending them to the cashier. With a face to face telling the customer what was done versus reading it on a piece of paper. To me that makes more sense. I don't know what kind of oil was used, what other services they did on my car, or any future recommendations.

Jennifer offered good service to best she could but coming in for an appointment at 8am and see other people drive up after I did then get service before me doesn’t feel good and 7 hours later for an alternated and oil change is way out of line with an appointment. Then no car wash as a good gesture. Why am I coming to my dealership thats suppose to be treating me like they are happy for my business. I can get an oil Channge and alternator anywhere and cheaper and without having to call out of work for this. . I was coming for the service but if this happens again I’m giving up on MK. Please help me love you again.

Just a side note - the person that did the actual work on the car left the driver's window open and with the local fires ash was able to get in my Tahoe. The person wiped it out, but it still bothered me that the window was left down with ash going everywhere.

I am very happy with the outcome of my sunroof. I purchased my Equinox 3 weeks ago and the sunroof was inoperable. Mike took care of the problem. It took a few days but the outcome is great. My sunroof now works.:-)
