Service advisor Andrew was very pleasant and accommodating as I had my 11 month old son with me. He took time to answer all my questions and show me how to use features in my husband’s vehicle. Shuttle service was also great. Very quick.

I dropped my car off at 7am in the morning. I received a call at around 1 from Gary who informed me what needed to be done. Due to Gary’s strong accent and him talking very fast I had my Mom talk to him and then I had my Dad call to get clarity on the Fuel Injection which was not covered by my warranty. I waited until after 6 for someone to call me about my car, so I called and they said the Service Department was already closed. I was very baffled because NO ONE called me to tell me that they would be keeping my car over night. I had to be at work the following morning at 6am and had to incovience my Mom to take me to work andpuck me back up. My classes had to be cancelled as well. I was very upset because it was someone’s responsibility to call me and inform me that my car would not be ready, but that was not done. I guess because I am young and Of African American descant they felt they could treat me any kind of way. I will never use this establishment again and will tell all of my friends on my Social Medua to not use this place or purchase a car from here. It is very sad that such a well known establishment has such poor communication with their customers.

Robert was pleasant to work with. However, I was not informed of the labor cost to replace key fob batteries. 67.50 to do a 5 minute job is outrageous. I was suppose to know to authorize the work. I was not given the opportunity.

It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership and when I arrived, I stopped my car, got out and wasn’t sure what to do. An employee walked by me and didn’t say anything. Another employee was helping someone else in front of me, looked in my direction and didn’t offer me help or told me someone else would help me. I stood for a few minutes waiting and got restless so I was about to get into my car again when finally the employee who was helping someone else told me he would get someone to help me. The wait for an oil Change was long as usual for other dealerships as well but when I picked up my car no one walked me to my car Or Opened my door and whn I got in I saw the floor paper and some plastic was still inside and left by the employees. I also noticed my car wasn’t washed. Maybe my experience wasn’t too bad but I’ve been to other dealerships that show customers a better experience and offer more. Such as car washes and courtesy of taking paper and plastic out of my car.

Truck was brought in for service because the rpm gauge go erratic and the speed decreases. This has happened three times while driving Hwy 15. On one trip the speed dropped to 37 mph. It uses a lot of gas when this happens. Per call from the service dept. today, they are unable to find the problem because they can not get the same performance. Vehicle is being held for Waymon T
