Gary was very professional. However, I’m quite annoyed that I brought my car in last week for this same issue and the mechanic before that just cleared the codes rather than fixing the actual problems. Further, because of how long I was told it will take to get the part, I got a second opinion from a different Chevy dealer and was told to bring it in to them and they would have it done within days, unlike the weeks and weeks I was told at MK Smith. Also, waiting 30+ minutes for my car during a slow time and being forgotten twice while waiting for my car was quite irritating. This experience was quite disconcerting as I had bought my vehicle in November and referred my mom, who also bought a car here less than a month ago. Probably will not be referring people to MK Smith from here on out.

When I got there to drop off the car there was no service person available I went to the cashier she sent me back to the service guy I waited 30 minutes for anybody to come and help me which took half of my lunch when it was time to pick me up at 4:30 / Rachel's instructions I called at 4 to remind you service department they said no problem they will be there at 4:30 for 40 came nobody showed up I called again they said they just left for a 50 came they said they left 5 or 10 minutes ago 505 came and my office got cleared except for my best friend which waited for me luckily she dropped me off because your driver called me at 514 telling me somebody sent him to Rancho Cucamonga instead of picking me up first which I was 3 to 5 minutes away verses 15 to 20 minutes away. Of course I went for the service manager he asked me what I wanted I left it up to him but now that I've been thinking about it I'm on my hour and a half drive home due to traffic I think I should be getting 2 to 3 or oil changes minimum because of this situation my husky stayed in the crate for a total of 12 hours versus the normal 10 Max please contact me ****-****-xxxx my name is Maria A
