The new part either came with a blemish or was damaged when installed. Regardless the truck was delivered to me with that damaged part, and the mechanic should’ve seen it. I certainly did immediately. And, unfortunately this did not solve the problem as my dash still rattles.

The car was extremely filthy when picked up.
The gear shifter was off and tossed on the passenger seat.
Since the tow truck was there, I didn’t have time to let Jennifer Hunt know about my issues. She was fantastic with my service and know that she would have been very disappointed.
