The initial visit was good as was the follow up. My service writer kept me in the loop from the time I dropped my truck off till it was ready to pick up.
My issue is that it took nearly 5 weeks to get the job done and me and my girlfriend were not once contacted or notified in any way that the part had arrived and was ready to be installed. I was told that a phone call had been made but we have no voicemails on either number. I only found out the part was in when I called to speak to a service advisor but was connected to parts where I was told the part had been in for quite some time.
Besides that, my experience was top notch. I feel communication is key in good customer service and the ball was dropped sadly.
