The air pressure in my tires were not checked. They are as follows: LF-30 RF-30 LR-29 RR-30. It’s a pretty simple thing to do. Also had a couple nice hand prints across my hood. Jason was great. Computers were down but he was very good. Besides Jason, I’m not too happy.

Took Veh in for service on 10/10/18 R/O 6067818/1 tag 2090. Paid for service which included tire rotation. Did not get a tire rotation as indicated on my paperwork. I have wheel locks on my Tahoe and the mechanic needed that to remove tires. Told advisor about after I received my vehicle and then they completed the tire rotation. I do not trust dealer. At this point I wonder if even my oil was actually changed. Very shaded on their part. Would not recommended this dealer to family nor friends. I will never go to MK Smith Chevrolet. I will travel more to another dealer and have peace of mind that I’m gettingf Services for which I pay.

I was unhappy with my experience because the part on my car was warranted and was an updated part from O.E. I was told that the inlet hose that goes to the part was leaking and it wasn’t. I feel that I was getting ripped off for a part that should have been covered under the same warranty as the updated part. Because the old hose would have not worked on the new update water outlet and therefore you would need the updated hose that goes with it.

Because I was working today and my husband was not, we specifically asked that he be called instead of me. His number was given to the service representative and it was correctly on the drop off receipt that my husband was given when the car was dropped off. However all day today, every contact from MK Smith was made to my phone and I had to deal with it while I was at work. This happens every time I bring my car in. Despite our specific instructions and providing the number and seeing the number and instructions on the drop off receipt, the service department ignores it completely and always calls the wrong number to discuss the status and updates.
Then I was told that the wheel lock key could not be found and I gave specific instructions that it was in the center console where I always kept it at the advice of a service technician from MK Smith in the past. I was called back by the service representative and was told it was not where I indicated it was. Therefore the wheels could not be rotated. When I went to pick up the car, the wheel lock key was exactly where I said it would be. I have had repeated issues with MK smith’s service department and since my car has reached 40,000 miles finally, I think it is out of warranty and I am not going to be taking it back to MK Smith for any service in the future.

This is the second time I have taken my truck to MK for a oil change and tire rotation.
This is the second time I was told my tires were rotated and we're not. On top of having my truck for 6 hours and not completeing what was asked and telling me it was complete.
I even asked twice about the tires, once when I dropped off and once when I was called to pick it up.
There was grease left all over the truck along with all paper covers inside.
So now I will have to drop off my truck for another day get a ride and all that for a tire rotation I was told was complete.
Completely unacceptable, how many people dose MK tell that thay have completed work on there vehicle charge them for it and not complete the work. I take my truck here so I don't get this crap.
