This is my second time Coming for an oil change. Both times I have been less than satisfied. Even with an Appt it takes some time before someone greets you and asks how they can help.
Pros: Mr. Eric greeted me and then transferred my care over to Mr Gary. (I believe Eric was his name). Mr Eric was kind, informative and personable
The waiting area is nice and comfortable
Cons:
Fee for service: an oil change on a Tahoe is $100????? Really?
Time: my oil change took 2 HOURS!
Follow up: there were no updates during that 2 hr time frame
Overall service: Mediocre, I had to wait for my keys in though my Tahoe was parked up front 10min before
Recommendations: one person told me my tires were fine but that I needed an alignment. The next person tells me I need 4 new tires. It’s a 2013 Tahoe with 60k miles...really I need new tires?
I’m just disappointed at the service overall. We purchased our truck here but I wouldn’t return here for my future services

first i came i. for an oil change and to fix my window had my appointment at 8 am and came to get my car at 12 to find out they didn’t do my oil so i wait till 1:30 with its finally done then once i drive home and look at my window i find out they messed up my tent and i have prof that it didn’t come in like that so upset

Repeated not taking care of service tire monitor on several visit. Plus bill noted all point inspection, tire pressure ok when I drove the truck home, tire light on due to pressure low (I noted it to technician when I dropped the truck off). I am tired of poor service and high bills, going to Pepp-Boys from now on.
