GARY GAVARRETE WAS VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING TO ME EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE CENTER WAS ALREADY SO BUSY BY THE TIME I ARRIVED THERE AT ABOUT 8AM. I WAS THERE FOR ONLY MY SECOND OIL CHANGE, BUT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER BEEN TO THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION. HE WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE CAR READY ABOUT A HALF HOUR EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND WHEN I HAD STEPPED OF THE PROPERTY TO GET SOME COFFEE, HE KINDLY CALLED MY PHONE AND INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS READY. WHEN I RETURNED AN HOUR LATER, HE WAS VERY KIND ABOUT ANY POSSIBLE INCONVENIENCE.
I AM PLANNING TO RELOCATE TO THE AREA AND WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO MKSmith CHEVROLET FOR FUTURE SERVICE.
