My tires were not rotated and should have been as part of service.1st to me my oil filter was not properly installed. Poor service wont b back

No que de satisfecho porque hisiero una inspección falsa me dieron un reporte de lo hicieron de inspección el cual no fue así porque los neumáticos no le hicieron la rotación los limpiarabrisas que estaban en buen estado y no así estaba roto uno de ellos no es con fiable el trabajo de los mecánicos de Chevrolet Mk Smith ya no pudo confiar en los mecánicos

I was informed by my advisor that the car would be ready in a couple of minutes at around 11:06am, simple replacement of a oil plug. At around 12:11pm, I never heard back so I went outside to see if my advisor was there, HE WAS AT LUNCH!!! I didnt even get the common courtesy to say "Hey Christian I'm going to lunch another advisor will let you know when the car is ready", I had to talk to the asst mgr to find out about my car, turns out it had been completed 30 minutes prior, wasted my time waiting around, not coming back here ever again!!!!!!

Was very hapoy when drove off cause running great ,and very satisfied with Gary who was great throught ! But my check engine light had been on for months and need it off to smog before registration...then driving home .. the check engine light came back on ! So still can't smog it ....oh well your ex-mechanic Eric #169 is gonba help me get it off Sat....so hopefully it will be allright
