This van had very simple issues that any qualified shop should have resolved in a maxium of 2 weeks. The van that is only 1 year old and a lease vehicle has been down for over a month and has yet to be completed. That means we have paid over $700 this month for a van that we did not use. The service writer is hard to understand due to his heavy accent and I am very dissatisfied with the work. On top of it they are no going to charge me for a oil filler neck that obviously was a weak item and broke at some time in the last year.

I was aware of the probable fixes for my 2019 Colorado **** issues and Jennifer along with your techs completed the repairs in a timely manner. Also both shuttle drivers were courteous and efficient.
