I had an appointment to correct a recall issue. When I arrived for the appointment I was told you did not have the part and would call me when it arrived. It would seem since you knew what the appointment was for you would have:
A) Had the part ready when I arrived
B) Alerted me to the fact you didn’t have the part and saved me the wasted trip.

Spent way too much time & money for problems still occurring with the vehicle. Brought car in 4 separate times with problems dealing with battery issues and now receiving new alerts on vehicle for new problems because mechanics wanted to do preventative maintainer which further damaged the car. I understand cars break and have problems but to go thru this process and them still not fix what is originally wrong with the vehicle is completely unacceptable. Taking my car to a different dealership to sort out issues and eat all the cost already spent at your establishment because clearly it won’t get fixed at yours. Sorry for the negative feedback and be that one person but to not only not fix the car for it’s original probables but also break it further is cause for no longer trusting you to fix my vehicle.

I had a 0700 appointment for an oil change, I got there at that time, and they took my vehicle in right away. I observed my vehicle exit the Bay Area, and I observed it being parked at 0830(oil change was finished), the paperwork didn’t get to the cashier until 0905, I waited 35 minutes for the paperwork to travel 100 ft, that’s why I wasn’t satisfied with the service.
