My car was there over a week with no updates because Gary went on vacation. I called and nobody told me that. I had to go out of my way to go there just to find that out. Had it towed somewhere else.

When I saw how busy the store was, I thought I was going to have a horrible day, but I was wrong! I parked my car in the wrong area but instead of making me move, one of the guys moved it for me. Instead of just leaving me standing around, I was constantly asked if I had been helped and I was told where to go. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Christian Vega. Even though I could not get my car repaired on the day that I was there, Christian assured me that he would order the parts that I needed and he would call me when the parts came in so that I could have my car repaired. His customer service skills were refreshing because car repairs are stressful for me to deal with.

I miss the days of bringing in your vehicle and getting it returned to you cleaned and in new condition. Now it comes out just as messy and even more dirty sometimes as when you dropped it off. When you pay to have it serviced you expect the car to come back out looking as good as it was when you bought it. I guess the days have changed and MK no longer caters to customers maintenance of vehicles.

We came for a simple oil change. We were told an hour, but it took two hours while we waited. Only one person at check out counter. I had to wait 20 minutes in line to check out and pay. I understand that many places are short staffed, but having better projections would cut frustrations.
