Jennifer was helpful and caring though she was very busy she kept us up-to-date and re-checked about an issue I brought up. It was confirmed that we got the issue resolved that I was told got resolved the last time I brought my equinox in. I'm happy now. The part was fixed and this time I doubled checked it. Last time I didn't trusted what I was told. Though all is good????

Christian seems like a real nice young man but our service experience was ridiculous. We came in with two simple requests and now three days later neither one of them have been fulfilled. We were even told twice that our car was ready with the items we requested to be taken care of only to make special trips there to find out that we were given a false positive. We won’t be going back

You would think after you just got charged $1000 for a motor that’s junk they could at least give you a car wash and some respect the two ladies in the cashier at the service department they need some lessons on customer service specially when you’re paying a lot of money and we buy a lot of trucks I’ll make sure I buy a Dodge next time
