I’ve been taking my cars to MK Smith for over 15year and all I can say is service and support is getting worst. Trust and fairness has dwindled, it seems as if we are explained one thing and at the end all explained changes after. Cost and charges change from what was informed at the start to the end. I keep saying will go elsewhere but keep going back hoping all will change. It’s seems that no one knows what they are doing or are on the same page. We will see what happens if I decide to take another car back. In the meantime I guess I will hope all is done as it should have and cost is fair with what was done. Thanks

Took my vehicle in yesterday morning I had great service by the representative that I spoke with he called me to notify me the issues with my vehicle explained it very professionally and explained to me that it would stay overnight. Today was a different story because he was off I received no call no information so I called myself the person I spoke to today was unprofessional didn’t know anything about my vehicle told they would call me today if it was finished if not that’s all he could do I got hung up on then received a message that my car was ready your representative today had no idea what was going on gave me wrong information hung up on me twice but on the end just happy I got my vehicle
