Since I got my car back from getting the recall fixed I’m hearing a rattle when the engine kicks on.and also it’s not really a big deal but some fluids could have topped on on behalf of chevys recall.

Jennifer did an outstanding job taking care of getting me checked in and checked out for my oil change. She was welcoming and accommodating, outstanding job!!!! I also want to recognize Miguel (not sure of his last name) but he is usually assisting the service reps and the mechanics. Always nice always greeting customers. I observed this as I sat and waited for my vehicle . Last but not least the parts department, seems like they always remember customers. As I was sitting there (forgot the gentleman’s name) Passed by to do something, seen me and said hello Sal. I definitely appreciated that because not too many places do that and honestly MK Smith in the past compared to within the last year or so has drastically improved in customer service. I’m always bringing my vehicles so I’ve seen a lot. Even Don from the service department, outstanding customer service. I waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change .. With no communication as to the status of the service... I eventually went seeking someone to ask.. Fernando your Porter, was the only one that approached me to ask if I needed help..I told him I was trying to get an eta and status on my vehicle.. He immediately went back and inquired.,, and within 15 mins may car was miraculously complete.. When I went to get the paperwork finalized with Christian.. he was helpful but made sure to tell me he was actually on his lunch break ... There were 2 other ladies waiting for their vehicles as well while I was there and both had been waiting longer than I had ..4/5 hours with little to no communication from a service person.. Fernando is awesome and clearly one of the very few employees there that cares about the customer and providing good service.. Bravo Fernando!

I just drove the truck home from my shop and got the engine light again. I have to drive to Las Vegas tomorrow, which is why I got this service, and now I’m worried because I have an engine light the same day I picked it up. I’ll be in next week to have you guys fix this problem.

I was there for an oil change and my truck was done for about 45 minutes but I still had to wait for the paperwork to be finished on it. Come to find out the guy doing the paperwork was on lunch. So I had to sit there and wait for him so I could pay for it and leave with my truck. Not too happy about it.
