When I drop my vehicle off it was there for two reasons. 1. To get the passenger airbag replaced on a recall. 2. To check the check engine light and repair whatever we needed to be repaired. I was called at 2 PM and the airbag had been replaced but I was then notified that the diesel mechanic was not there. It would have been nice to know that prior to dropping off my truck so that I could get everything taken care of at one time. Now I have the inconvenience of bringing it back again.

Service writer forgot to put AAA discounts that were promised in paperwork & once I picked the truck up late in the day the cashier couldn't help. At this point I will have to dispute the charge because even though I contacted the service writer about the problem it wasn't fixed.
Otherwise I was happy with the work being done.
