Nice gentleman doing the oil change on my C8 Corvette but good thing I let him know that it didn’t require 11 quarts of oil and was not a supercharged engine as he thought it was…
Also I had to inform Jennifer about what warranty service regarding complimentary oil and **** service GM was paying for. Once I provided her with the service bulletin number she agreed to proceed with the service knowing the dealership would indeed be paid.

Substandard oil change, from the oil that dripped on my driveway from the pool of oil left on the crossbar member, the suspension, the lift system, which appears to be inadequate quality, poor workmanship and shoddy work. The oil filter appears to be old not new. I have pictures to show you as well as Gary from the Service Department.
Let’s talk because there’s no way any customer should have to pay for such terrible service.
