After having a very nice internet agent , Chris, guide me to the service department, One customer assistant turned me down when I wanted to ask a question after previously calling ahead to the service department who told me to go in.. However, when looking for another person to help me, Mr. Gonzalez stepped in. He was not only willing to answer my one question after the other young agent turned me down, but assisted me promptly starting with directions to the service drive up and my vehicle service issue.
