My appointment was at 7 for an oil change. I arrived 10 min before 7. An oil change takes 1/2 hr to 45 min and I waited almost 2 hours in the waiting area. A bit too long.

Very poor service and did not resolve the issue. No technician available to service transmission. Dropped off vehicle on 1/2/22 and according to the service person code could not be duplicated and therefore unable to repair.
Vehicle was taken in for same issue in October 2021 and was repaired but now same problem.
