Jennifer was amazing, but having the reschedule a warranty issue is a bit much. It places a financial **** on us because we have to rent a vehicle while the car is being fixed. My window issue was fixed, and the air conditioning issue may be fixed, although to early to tell for sure. Then to be told it’s a two to three week wait before they can get to the transmission is pretty tough to wait on. I picked up the truck and rescheduled the warranty repair, but will have to be at the end of the once it is seen again. So I’ll have to rent a car again. Just very frustrating for warranty issues. But to be clear, Jennifer was nice and very communicative.

I arrived at 7:45 AM for an 8 AM appointment for an oil change , tire rotation and vehicle inspection. At the time of the check-in, no timeframe was given to me when the vehicle maintenance would be completed, and I decided to wait for the job to be completed. At 10 AM I was advised that the service department had not started working on my vehicle. Other customers that brought their vehicles in after me for their maintenance needs were completed before I was ever notified that my vehicle had not been started. I decided to cancel the job and go elsewhere.
