My car was returned to me with more damage than when I originally brought the vehicle in for service. I was assured multiple times that my car would be parked under a covered awning to prevent further water damage while it was at the dealership, and I picked up the car today to find that the dry interior of my car was once again damaged with additional rain water due to their negligence. The service manager offered to clean it once more but then stated they could not ensure a covered area to park it in afterwards, which would then continue the water damage. I’m not sure what can be done at this point unless or until someone agrees to repair their damages and ensure my car will suffer no further damage while in their care.

I schedule an appointment for 7am for an oil change and a check engine light. I get there before your shop closes and only the oil change has been done. You would think that if you have an appointment, the vehicle would have some allocated time. Not even a courtesy call to give you any sort of update. Not satisfied at all.
