The people in the service department were rude, poor attitude, impolite and lack basic customer service skills. Their discourtesy towards customers was astonishing, at least that’s how my experience was these two days I dealt with them. Both When speaking to them on the phone to try and set an appointment to dealing with them in person. Jennifer Hunt (the lady with short hair) was the one I dealt with and her rude, unprofessional attitude should be addressed by management. The minute I arrived to drop of my vehicle for service I had the feeling she didn’t even want to deal with me so she made me go talk to Garey, then Garey sent me back with her, I had trouble describing the problem my truck had and she cut me off and said I will let the technician tell me what the problem is. One of the issues i had was my fuel tank neck tube (where you under gas hose to fill up) is broken. I asked her if the can check it and they returned my vehicle with a broken gas neck tube still, yet I was charged the fee and she had the nerve to ask me how many times did I call in. I had called about 2-3 times but only because I had several questions. She made me feel as if my presence was bothering her. I’m a grown man and I don’t expect to be treated like a king but some common courtesy is appreciated and something I expect when dealing with such a business. I had plans on purchasing a Tahoe from this dealer because I live in Chino and i believe in supporting local businesses but after dealing with such a Ill-mannered person such as Jeniffer i will stick to the Ontario or Puente hills Chevrolet. I plan on posting the same Poor experience on yelp so that other people are aware of what I went through. Maybe I was treated differently because I’m Mexican.
