Gary was good to work with. The issue is that radiator coolant leak was identified when I brought the truck in (which was not the initial reason for the service) and after a $1900 bill, Gary said the mechanics did a pressure test on the system and could not find any leaks. 30 minutes after I returned home, I had coolant fluid leaking from the truck onto my driveway. Issue still unresolved at this point.

My service was to take about 2 hours dropped car off for a simple oil change and they were to call me I had an appointment at 9;00 was early and I called at 1:00 and they said she got super busy and car had been done hours ago . It was such an inconvenience. I am glad I called . I didn’t get my car tell after 2:00

I send my husband to do my oil change and they didn't even know that it was a diesel truck the light came on to put me a new fuel filter so he told them what he wanted they told him that the vehicle won't be done for two 2 hours so he took a uber back home and we live all the way in Pomona he went back there they still did not do what they were supposed to do the change the fuel filter the indicator inside the vehicle tells them what to do and they still didn't do it so they told him when they got there it'll take another 30 minutes so he had to take a uber there and go back so I'm not please on what they did I am trying to get ahold of the manager

Lack of communication from the service advisor.
The vehicle was ready but no one told my wife. Someone should of told her her vehicle was ready..or call number on file. It’s easy. Customer service is all about communication! Does not take effort.
