I want to make myself very clear. I was very
very happy with Gary, but when I went to pick up my vehicle Gary was not there and the other technicians tried to charge me for what I had already paid for the previous service.
I had to wait for Gary to return and clear everything up.
I only continue to go to MK Smith because of Gary

When paying the cashier she told me the amount and asked on the itemized amount and also the $20.00 discount and she said it was given also the 10 percent AAA discount in which she said already discount applied. She asked me to sign which I wanted to see the second page to see the itemized amount and work, she said that was her copy and to ask the service advisor on the service amounts, seemed she was in a hurry and basically didn't feel confortable with her service. Went to ask Jennifer and she explained on the windshield wipers how the entire blade was changed.
