I would have expected that since I spent $5,100 to get a new transmission that my car at least could have been washed before me picking it up. Jennifer my service advisor was great with communication and I appreciate her help when I bring in my two cars. I would like to hear back from a service manger to discuss my disappointment receiving my car back with all the water spots from the recent rain and greasy handprints all over the engine front of the vehicle. I had brought it in previously and the service technician was unable find the slipping/ hesitation I mentioned to them. You can look on my service records for the last few weeks and see how many times I was there and despite me expressing concern over the transmission I was encouraged to get three other services that your technicians should have diagnosed as a possible transmission problem. Please respond back to me so we can discuss. Thank you !

I was waiting in my vehicle for 10 min and no one acknowledged me. Then a vehicle arrived in back of me and Jennifer attended them first. I thought that was not right at all. Then I got out of my vehicle and Paul acknowledged me and apologized for my wait. He took care of me and went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was taken good care of. Paul is great!!
