You did a horrible job. My dashboard was left lifted and uneven. I had to go back so you guys could fix it. It’s better than it was but still not satisfied. Jennifer mentioned the clips inside were broken and she had to use tape to keep the dashboard from lifting. I actually pass your dealership everyday on my way to take my kids to school. I was thinking about trading my truck in for something newer but after this I experience I won’t be going to MKsmith.

I noticed that my truck was not washed as it normally is during its regular service. All though it may be a minor detail or service that is no long provided, it’s perks/services like the car wash that customers appreciate. Getting rid of the car wash is will ultimately impact the bottom line in the service department. I can only speak for myself, but I imagine due to this many customers will take their vehicles elsewhere for basic maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). As someone who works with companies to improve their marketing and customer satisfaction, if I may provide a suggestion: Contact the owner of soft touch car wash across the street and work out a deal that every car that comes in for service will receive a free basic car wash at soft touch. This can be accomplished in many ways, either at the time of service or via a redeemable coupon. Not only will this increase or maintain your customer satisfaction, but it’s beneficial to soft touch because they can upsell a premium wash, or etc.
