Mrs. Hunt was wonderful to work with. She took care of everything with my warranty, answered all my question and even juggled talking between my father and myself. My husband is away for work right now and Mrs. Hunt was so thorough with my car and was alway patient when I had questions! Worst experience at a dealership yet. Left the truck there all day and it didn’t even get looked at. I showed up to pick it up at 8:15pm after Christian Vega had said as long as I got there before 9 I could pick it up. The dealership was closed so I had to wait till the next morning to get it!! It was at this point I realized it hadn’t even been looked at. So after waisting a day, a morning, and $45 in Uber rides my truck was not even looked at by a technician. I definitely will not be returning to MK Smith again.

I didn’t feel like there was enough communication with me. I had made the appointment a month in advance and still had to explain what was needed when I got there. I was guaranteed a rental car that would fit 3 car seats but was given something too small. I was told my car would be done in 2 days but it took 3, I had to call to check the status and I am glad I did so I didn’t show up when it wasn’t ready. The paperwork for me to pick up wasn’t ready when I got there even though it was 4 hours after I got the phone call that it was ready. I totally understand the service department was very busy over the time my vehicle was there but the communication could still have been much better.
