Horrible experience with Christian. Hung up on me during every phone call. Was not communicating properly about me being picked up by shuttle. Picked my car up from service and he didn’t have any receipts or completed work orders for me to take home. I waited 2 hours for my pick up though I live 15 min away. He didn’t reach out to tell me the driver was on the way to finally pick me up like he said he was. Christian is an **** and an embarrassment to your company.
