Mechanics need to be aware where they place their foot and hands reason being is that they may have oil on hands or boots im saying this because the driver door jam was full of oil and grease from boots and didn’t hesitate to wipe it down after I did they where scratches made by the boot or foot wear

After the installation of my cabin air filter, I noticed that my dashboard panel, right above my glovebox, is not completely flush and secure, like the rest of the dash panels.
I will be bringing my vehicle back to have the panel fitted correctly and flush to the specs it was before it was disassembled to install said filter.

They were all friendly and did a great job. However, had a 9 am appointment, but was told it wouldn’t be ready till 11:30. Came back at that time, truck had not been touched and didn’t get done till almost one. And it did not get washed. Wash wasn’t a big deal but my mom has been going to gosch in Hemet auto malll, always has her cars done in accurate/timely manner and always a wash after. Everything was fine but expected it to be more similar to her experience in hemet. I took my Malibu here a few years ago, you forgot about it for over 2 weeks, had a horrible experience with that and was unsure about bringing my truck. I have two small babies now, really just wish for more accurate and prompt timelines.
