Christian Vega was assisting me and he was very helpful, he checked on the status of my vehicle for an oil change and when made aware of me having to get to work he offered a ride home in order to provide me the option to get to work & leave my vehicle overnight instead. I really appreciated the fact that he tried to assist & make accommodations so I wouldn't be delayed to work that day. Once my car was finished he called and left a message and appreciated that he followed up with me. The service I received at MK Smith was very appreciative and very customer friendly. Thank you to Christian for all his help.

Jennifer Hunt was great as usual but I was surprised to see when I got into my vehicle when it was delivered that the fuel level was below empty. I know the service manager drove the vehicle for a test drive and I would have expected that they might have been able to at least put in a few dollars, even $20 when I spent over $2000 on repairs. I've had good luck with MK service in the past but I was disappointed with this incident.
