I felt the service representative was rude, I scheduled my appointment for when I got off work, I approached the agent and felt like I had walked in off the street with no appointment, I went back and waited inside my vehicle, happen to look up and he was just standing outside my door about 2' away with this posture like I was inconveniening him, he made no attempt to make contact, when I asked was he here for me, he yes, I said we're you going to try to get my attention, he said well I wasn't going open the door, I said you could of tap on the door or window and not just stand there, he sent me away because he wasn't ready. I didn't appreciate after working all night and then have deal with rudeness that effected my mode for a greater part of my morning, I was tired and had planned out my day, I had a, worst experience with Jennifer, just not inviting, she was rude and I felt confortational and dismissive, if I am going to spend my money, your service reps could at least be customer friendly, it would be appreciated
