Very nice gentleman but wanted him to look deeper into the fact that I did indeed Have an extended warranty. All it would have took was a phone call. He proceeded to call not until after the service was done and therefore I had to pay out of pocket. I just feel I deserve the benefit of the doubt at the beginning.

I was pleased with my service, but have a concern which I posed as a question and feel that I I got a generic answer on. My tires are show major wear on the out side edge, yet the car only has 14,000 miles on it. We were told that the tires have re rated for 80,000 miles. There is a major discrepancy and issue as to why they are wearing out. Can I please get someone from management to call me to discuss?
