My service advisor Jennifer wanted to charge for more diagnostic time for diagnostic work that is covered under the standard book time. While trying to explain why, she used terminology and referenced systems that did not match the problem the vehicle was having in an attempt to sound knowledgeable and convince the customer to front more money for a diagnosis. And speaking with her manager about the issue, the only resolve was for me to take my car, and they would not charge me. This type of behavior shows lack of integrity. A technician worked on the vehicle and spent time, but because they could not extort more money from the customer because the customers knowledge; challenges their sales tactics, they would rather the customer go away to make room for the next unknowing customer. At the end of the day the people involved took the money out of the equation and put a magnifying glass onto the lack of integrity exhibited by the service department.

My daughter said she was charged $175.00 to put on windshield wippers. I hope that wasn't true!! They only cost $34,00 at the parts house
