On way home I got the change fuel filter warning and the change oil warning. Did the tech not see that when he was servicing vehicle???
Also, they did not put the skid plates on after it was serviced
Things like this have happened before so I highly doubt I will return.
Too bad. It’s close and convenient.
I also just bought a truck from MK and maybe my expectations are too high but really? Nobody bothered to even ask about fuel filter and oil change after my truck was there for 10 days?

Never comeback again? fast service but not good quality, Gary who I met when I first time go to MK in 2019. U all can search on Yelp to knoe how I comment that bad experience. Three years later, I decide go MK again, because Mk is the nearest one. then also bad experience. I am not the one who like complain.
1. I scheduled 11am, when I arrived no one come out about 5 mins. When I go to George chervolet, they know their schedule, and come out really fast.
2. After about 50mins waiting, my car drive out and parked at road side. Gary have no idea, no one tell me my car is finished.
3. I go to cashier, they don't have my records, then I back to Gary's office, he know I am outside, but he continue talk to aother employee, that employee saw me too. ????? No one ask me why I stand outside. Then I go to cashier again. The lady really nice, but still no paperwork about my car.
4. If Gary is busy, I understand,but it about attitude. One Mexican girl go to Gary's office, he really nice and give that girl her paperwork. Then I go to Gary 's office again, he even don't look at me, just say "give me one second, he working on it".????
5. Until I ask Gary:" what's your name?" I know his face but don't know his name. He started nervous.
Overall, if u all want improve your service, I really recommend your manager go to George Chevrolet to feel what is service.

I am not completely satisfied. I brought my vehicle this morning at 7am. I told the service representative that I was there for an oil change and a brake problem. The representative told me that he would complete a diagnostic in which would cost $175.00 to which I agreed to have. He called me about an hour and a half later and said my oil change was complete and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked him if they had completed the diagnostic to determine what was wrong with the brakes. He said the brakes did not make any noise and he said, “we’ll do you want someone to drive it to see what was the problem?” I explained to him that the problem doesn’t occur all the time. He then told me, “Well what do you want me to do?”. I told him to forget about it since I had already agreed to get the diagnostic before hand and he failed to complete the diagnostic or help me to see what the problem was with my brakes. This is very unprofessional. I was left completely unsatisfied and with my brake problem not being fixed. I wasn’t provided the full service that I agreed upon.

I had this same problem at about 60000 miles. I had to go to the regional Chevy rep to get some relief. Now at another 60000 miles the SAME part fails again. Chevy knows these parts are defective and cover them for the Suburban and Tahoe lines but not the trucks. Exact same part in each of these vehicles. I am a life long Chevy man but this is crazy.
