I was very pleased with my service. Jennifer has helped me before and has been very helpful and understanding in getting my car repaired in a timely matter. I have always been lucky in getting a good service provider, but I was very disappointed in your employee Gary he was rude and unprofessional on the phone with me more than once. Please, sit down and talk to him about proper customer service!

I like Jay, his attitude, personality, and the way he communicates with me. In 2018 I brought my Blazer in and when I picked it up my emergency brake pedal was broken. It was fine when I brought it in. The service writer looked at it but did not fix it or accept any responsibility for it breaking. This time I brought in my own oil and filter. The filter was sitting on my passenger front seat along with paperwork oil was on my seat and on the paperwork. I talked with Jay. I told Jay I wanted my own filter used. Jay told me to bring in a filter that fit and he would change it out and refund me for filter that the mechanic installed. That was acceptable to me. Thank you Jay!!:)

When I called I mentioned the service tech I not only needed the service/oil change and tire rotation done but I also there was an issue with the parking assist not working properly. Up on arrival the service technician said he did not have me down for the parking assist issue but he did say I could leave it until 4pm so they can check it out, I also told him if another concern that happened simultaneously as the parking assist started to have issues and he said definitely I would have to make another appointment and that that issue was normal. I got no call at the end of the day for no updates until the following day he called that it was ready, no issues where found on the parking assist only that the camera was dirty. When I pecked up the truck by the time I got it it was 5pm he had left and my truck had the same issue- the parking assist was not working! I would like a call from the service manager please!
