I made a service appointment via your website, I specified my appointment by selecting Transmission and commented on my concern. I arrived for my assigned appointment time of 8:30 am, left my truck. Late afternoon I was informed that the brake guy looked at it and sent it right to “heavy line”. First of all, your service dept did all the brakes not too long ago and I didn’t say there was a problem with the brakes. Then I was told that it wouldn’t be looked at until the next day, which didn’t happen, so it sat there for 2 days without anyone looking at it. Disappointing. Even though Jennifer did communicate that dept. was too busy. She had no idea when they would look at it, even suggesting I take it somewhere else. I called on the third day, in the afternoon, it was still just sitting there. My understanding was that she would have some brake guy look at it. Again, my set appointment was for Transmission. I was called before service closing time with the brake guy didn’t see any issues, again my appt was with the “heavy line”, that I should take it to my suspension shop. My truck never saw your “transmission specialist” as I requested…the “heavy line”. Instead, I feel I was told something just to get my truck out of there…because they’re “too busy”. I have been using your service dept for many years and this is the first time I’m leaving with not trusting the service/if any/ that was provided. I have taken my truck elsewhere. Disappointed.
