It took nearly 3 weeks to change 2 parts. Way too long. Do you need more staff? Better qualified staff? Something has to change. The only reason I took the car to MK Smith was that MK Smith saw the car for the same issue less than 1 year earlier so the parts were under warranty. At that point, it took 7 weeks to diagnose and repair. Not ok.

The quote for service was $200 more than another dealership. The parts price was the same, but your labor charge was much higher. ??
