Hi,
I had an appointment at 730am. I wasnt out of there till 10, 2 and a half hours!!! I have been in and out of there in less than 2 hours everytime WITHOUT an appointment. I only had an oil change done. Jiffy lube is less than an hour, without an appointment. The grueling wait time makes me not want to come back for a basic service such as an oil change.

I have already spoken to Don regarding the issue at hand. I am very disappointed with not having my vehicle for two full days regarding this issue, without any rental or loaner to be offered.
I can advise that I likely would not have excepted a rental or loaner because I have other vehicles. But the point of the matter is that it should’ve been offered regarding a brand new vehicle being held for more than 24 hours
