Car was extremely dirty and hand prints. I park my car inside, & just had it washed before dropping off for service. Received it in “less than good condition” than when I dropped it off for service.
Car was kept for 4 days, and only one text communicating my car was in “good hands” on the first day … I had ZERO communication on the 2rd day.

Horrible customer service! Christian was rude to my son who dropped off the vehicle, hung up on me when he called to tell me my vehicle was ready even though my son gave him his number and when he called my husband, he was unclear on the recall which he called a warranty service and nonchalant about charging me for the service. My son needed to be picked up which he was aware of but didn’t arrange it until my husband called three times since no one answered their phone. Your service people are arrogant and rude. They act like they are doing us a favor! No common courtesy or lack of timely followup. We are local and want to continue to come to your service department for both vehicles we own and one day buy a new one but at this rate, not sure if we will be back.
