Despite the many delays with my vehicle, Jay always made sure to keep me in the loop. They were unable to complete the necessary repairs prior to me leaving for two weeks, but Jay has made arrangements to drop our vehicle off at our house. I appreciate him working with me, having the vehicle at the house when I return is a huge plus.

Brake fluid service WAS NOT done, fluid is dirty and I have evidence that it was not performed. Now I have to go back to the dealer on Monday to talk to the service manager. There was oil/grease on driver side fender.Found a nut on passenger side floor, could be from airbag recall, not confident that job was done properly. Rap music was blaring when I turned on my radio. I brought some of the concerns to Jay, he said he would call me in less than 10 minutes, and did not.
