I am disappointed with the level of service from this location. The woman seemed irritated with me because I kept calling to check on vehicle. I dropped my car off at 7am and it wasn’t ready until 10am the next day. There was no communication between the service person and I or my fiancé unless she called. He did not answer his phone multiple times and the woman in the front seemed irritated she kept calling. I don’t believe changing one tire and and a battery should have took over 24 hrs however it did. Service guy jay was kind but lacked proper communication between us in regards to our car. Overall I’m disappointed with the customer service of this location.

Well I drop my vehicle off for a simple oil change. When I haven’t heard back from them at 2 PM I gave them a call. My service writer told me that my truck got lost in the shuffle and he apologized. He stated he would get it done as soon as possible. I had asked him when I dropped it off if someone could check the brakes he assured me they would. Then when they had to start it on my vehicle he assured me again they would really look at the brakes. When I went to pick up my vehicle the service rider had gone home which I understand but no notes were passed on or written on the work order so I still don’t know about the brakes. I don’t know how at three-quarter ton diesel four-door truck gets lost in the shuffle but it did.
